Most of our clients supply us with a door or garage code or a temporary key for the cleaning. Also, some clients provide us with a key that we maintain in a secure lockbox in our office to use for cleaning day.
If you will be home during our appointed cleaning time, you can simply let us in, or we can make any arrangement that suits you.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled cleaning, we ask that you provide us with at least two days advance notice so we can reschedule everyone else for that day.
