Yes, your pets can absolutely stay home during the cleaning! At Heavenly Scent, we love animals, and our cleaners are trained to work in homes with pets. However, if your pet is anxious around new people or loud sounds (like the vacuum cleaner), it might be a good idea to keep them in a separate room or outdoors during the cleaning process.
We ask that you let us know ahead of time if you have any pets, particularly if they tend to get nervous or protective. This way, we can take special precautions to make sure your pet is comfortable while we’re cleaning.
