How Secure is My Appointment Time?

One of the advantages you’ll find in hiring Heavenly Scent Cleaning Service is that you get an actual scheduled date and time for your cleaning appointment- i.e. 2:30 on Tuesday. We can do this by carefully mapping out the cleans for each day manually. It takes more time to do this but our clients love it compared to most cleaning companies that only give you a window of time that they might arrive.

What Does Your House Cleaning Service Cost?

We are surprisingly affordable. We hear that a lot. We are local and family owned so we are not “required” to charge a certain amount for some “extra “service. So many of the tasks that we perform routinely are considered “extras” elsewhere. You are not required to pay much more for the first clean just because it’s a first clean and some company manual says that you should pay more. We like happy clients who want to be with us for a very long time and we price accordingly.

Are You Licensed, Bonded and Insured?

Yes, Yes and Yes. Our insurance doesn’t only cover our business interest but YOU and YOUR Property. Our insurance provides third party coverage and employee dishonesty. In other words, it doesn’t protect us, it protects YOU!

Do You Offer a Satisfaction Guarantee?

Of course! If you are not 100% delighted with the quality of our work, we can return within 24 hours and make it right, or there are other ways that we can make it right, depending on the circumstance, without any extra inconvenience to you! If you’re still not be satisfied after a remedy attempt, we will issue you a 100% refund

Do I Have to Sign a Long-Term Contract?

Are Your Cleaning Technicians Trained?

Yes! All of our cleaning technicians are trained and certified by C.O.R.E. — the training college for the residential cleaning industry. Each Heavenly Scent Cleaning Team is supervised by a seasoned team leader who is authorized and capable to make decisions immediately and consult with management at all times!

What If Something Gets Broken While You Are Cleaning My Home?

Each one of our Cleaning Technicians are trained how not to break things — but in the unlikely event one of your household belongings is broken during our cleaning service, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer appropriate restitution for the broken item(s).

How Does Heavenly Scent Access My Home?

Most of our clients provide us with a key that we maintain in a secure lockbox at all times. Your key is coded and signed out by Dean (the company owner) to the team leader. At the end of each day, client keys are returned to our secured lockbox. Your home is not identified on your key.

If you have an alarm system, you can also provide us with the garage door code if you prefer to provide access that way.

If you will be home during our appointed cleaning time, you can simply let us in, or we can make any arrangement that suits you.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled cleaning, we ask that you provide us with at least two days advance notice so we can reschedule everyone else for that day. We do not charge a cancellation penalty. We simply ask that you notify us as soon as possible so we can adjust our own cleaning teams’ schedule accordingly.
